Most Pure Heart of  Mary is seeking a part-time Parish Life Coordinator.

 

The Parish Life Coordinator is a passionately Catholic missionary disciple who coordinates and oversees various activities in the life of the parish; as well as plans, executes, and assesses faith-based social activities. This position also coordinates parish fundraisers and volunteers. Qualifications include being an active, practicing Catholic who possesses an authentic and faithful understanding of Church teaching and is self-motivated, anticipatory, and collaborative in the workplace; and has experience in budgeting, recruitment, evaluation, and supervision.

 

 

Top Qualifications:

• Must be a practicing Catholic who is proficient/familiar with teachings and customs of the Roman Catholic Church.

• Visibly active at parish activities, including events and liturgies.

• Possesses spiritual leadership skills.

• Requires experience in budgeting, recruitment, evaluation, and supervision.

• Has a zeal for attracting new members and engaging current and lapsed members.

• Willingness to work odd hours.

• Must be able to organize and prioritize work, be proactive, take initiative, resolve complex problems, follow through, and simultaneously manage multiple priorities.

• Must demonstrate the ability to carry out administrative and supervisory duties in a timely manner, utilizing good communication and relationship skills.
