Pastoral Associate (Plymouth) Resumes Due

The Pastoral Associate is a passionately Catholic missionary disciple who coordinates and oversees various parish ministries; plans, executes, and assesses faith-based activities; manages business and temporal aspects of the parish; and acts as a visible presence to persons inside and outside of the parish. This position encompasses the responsibilities of: Business Manager, Pastoral Associate of Catechesis, Director of Evangelization, Director of Liturgy and Music, and Receptionist; collaborates with the corresponding positions in our sister parish; oversees parish staff in Plymouth while working with our sister parish staff. Qualifications include being an active, practicing Catholic who possesses an authentic and faithful understanding of Church teaching with two years of formal Catholic formation or equivalent; is proficient in Microsoft Office, Google Suite, Quickbooks, and employee management; is highly self-motivated, anticipatory, and collaborative in the workplace; and has experience in budgeting, recruitment, evaluation, and supervision.
