Insurance Coverage
Renters are responsible for providing a Certificate of Insurance. This certificate shall provide a minimum limit of $1,000,000.00 combined single limit. The renter can provide this liability coverage through their own sources, such as a rider on their homeowner's coverage or Host Event coverage can be purchased through the Diocese of Toledo. The fee for this coverage through the Diocese is $150.00 per event, with a $250.00 deductible, which is the responsibility of the renter.

Alcohol
If alcohol is being sold (or taking donations or tips) the renter is REQUIRED to obtain a Liquor License from the Ohio Department of Commerce Division of Liquor Control.

*The Parish School Hall can accomodate 262 guests per the fire code (200 seated and 62 standing).
